Orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedite shipping.

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping rates are flat rate for all domestic and international orders. Wendy Nicole Artist Company is not responsiblefor lost or stolen items. In the case of a lost or stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. We are unable to replace items lost by charge. If after contacting the carrier and you still haven’t received your order please email us at WENDYNICOLEARTIST@GMAIL.COM, and we will do everything in our power to assist you. 

 Please make sure you double check your address and billing information prior to check out. We are unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that we do not operate on these days.

Please note that during sale / promotions, processing times may increase as order in flux increases at those times. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. we strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and we will notify you of any major delays.

We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer and their region.
