REFUNDS  EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Effective January 1st 2023, we no longer except returns or exchanges. All of our products that we sale are made to order, meaning we don't keep anything in stock. We get to work creating your product when we receive your order.  So for that reason we do not offer any buyers remorse returns. This includes sales items and gift cards. Please check the size chart and your address before checking out. We do not replace items that are not received do to an incorrect address.

Damages Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at Hello Wendynicoleartist@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Exceptions / non-returnable items

Wendy Nicole Artist issues refunds to the original form of payment used to purchase the order in the event that your order;

• IS CANCELLED BY WENDY NICOLE ARTIST
• ONE OR MORE OF YOUR ITEMS SOLD OUT SINCE YOUR ORDER WAS PROCESSED.
• ITEM(S) PROVED TO BE RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT.

Wendy Nicole Artist will take up tp 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 14 business days to post to your account. Order alteration generated by us will be accompanied by an email to the email address used to place the order and refunded to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards All sales are final.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
